The day before departure!

So excited! We are leaving in 6 hours so I should be sleeping now but that's impossible... my enthusiasm is keeping me awake.

Inge already came over to sleep at my place so we can leave tomorrow after picking up Janna who's living 5 minutes away from me.

But we almost didn't make it this far.... a few days ago Inge's car broke down and was towed to the shop. Only today they let us know that the car won't be ready for our departure tomorrow in the am, SMH! 
Soooooo, last minute we started our search for a rental car and tomorrow morning we will pick it up and leave finally to Italy. A trip we are already planning for more than 6 months. And Inge, who's actually the brains of this whole operation, is probably already planning this trip for a year or even longer :)

I don't know if this blog will be a daily thing or just once in a while.... I guess you'll just have to find out.
